Esta colección trata la relación que tenemos como humanos con el mar; quiere decir con nuestro inconsciente. Se llama Mitología Propia porque nace del desarrollo estilístico de mi propia relación con mi inconsciencia.

Dentro del mar están los elementos más profundos de nuestra relación con la tierra, las serpientes del agua y los seres que la habitan tanto en territorio Mapuche Williche, pueblos de Abya Yala, pueblos ancestrales en gran parte del mundo. Es la historia de los Shumpall y los seres del territorio espiritual. En la mitología común se entienden como sirenas o seres del mar.

En el continuo del cortar y pegar, profundicé en nuestra relación con el cuerpo ajeno. 

Surge a partir de fragmentos de realidad interpretada en diversos medios visuales impresos.El diccionario y su estética de miniatura ilustrativa. Cada forma va adquiriendo su cuerpo y reclamando su presencia.

Estos seres ‘vivientes’ habitan las aguas, dominan estos lares, conviven, protegen y se relacionan con los humanos para aquello se apropian de la naturaleza cárnica de los humanos, brazos, piernas, cabezas que surgen como la posibilidad de que los reconozcamos y nos permitan dejar su espacio libre para el tránsito de nuestras efímeras vidas.

Nacen, crecen y desarrollan su vida entre nosotros, seres mágicos que se sumergen en esta atmósfera que está entre nosotros, en algún mar remoto en el tiempo que persiste en la memoria, para que cada cierto tiempo nos recuerde que las olas llegaban hasta nuestros pies.

This collection deals with the relationship we have as humans to the sea; through our subconscious. It's called Personal Mythology because it is born from the stylistic development of my own relationship with my unconsciousness.

Within the sea are the deepest elements of our relationship with the earth, the water snakes and the beings that inhabit it both in Mapuche Williche territory, villages of Abya Yala, and through ancestral people throughout the world. It is the story of the Shumpalls and the beings of the spiritual territory. In common mythology they are understood as mermaids or sea beings.

In the continuous cropping and brushing, I delved into our relationship with the body of others. 

It emerges from fragments of reality performed in various printed visual media. The dictionary and its illustrative miniature aesthetic. Each form acquires its body and claims its presence.

These 'living' beings inhabit and dominate the waters, coexist, protect and relate to humans through the way in which they appropriate the physical of humans’ arms, legs and heads that arise as the possibility that we recognize them and allow us to leave their free space for the transit of our short-lived lives.

They are born, grow and develop their life among us, magical beings that immerse themselves in this atmosphere that is between us, in some remote sea in the time that persists in memory, so that from time to time, they remind us that the waves reached our feet.
